We ship worldwide.

1.1 Dispatch time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days of payment of order. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays

we always take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

1.2 Shipping Charges

We charge only actual postage & insurance, never a handling fee and never for packaging materials. The shipping price, speed and handling are actually under the sole control of the delivering postal agency/, not so please remember that once we've fulfilled your order.



Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.

This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

2.1 Domestic Shipping Policy

Orders within Italy will be handled on a case by case basis and must be paid for through PayPal or bank wire transfer. In an effort to reduce postage costs we ship via registered airmail letter post or regular parcel post unless otherwise stated. If requested we can provide all shipping services offered by Poste Italiane and MBE. Buyer may obtain a quote of shipping costs by emailing his preferences and his shipping address to us

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 5 days

2.2 International Shipping Policy

International orders will be handled on a case by case basis and must be paid for through PayPal or bank wire transfer

Express delivery services only will be offered

Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 3 - 10 days. This varies greatly depending on the courier you have selected. We are able to offer a more specific estimate when you are choosing your courier at checkout

2.3 P.O. Box Shipping will NOT ship to P.O. box addresses

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.



If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.



Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods

We sell under the VAT margin scheme for second hand goods therefor VAT will not be applied to items



Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying

The laws of various countries regulate the import or export of certain goods. It is your sole responsibility to comply with all export and import regulations relating to your purchases

and also to obtain any relevant export and/or import licence(s). The need for import licences varies from country to country  and you should acquaint yourself with all relevant local requirements and provisions.

Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, and encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.

All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to at the customers expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping and any taxes or duty applied to us for the return. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.



The Return Policy does not apply to layaway purchases.

6.1 Return Due To Change Of Mind will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 14 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging, unused and in resalable condition.

Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.

If an item is returned, buyer will be responsible for shipping costs both ways and a 10% re-stocking fee will occur. We feel that our pictures and descriptions are accurate, if you have any questions about an item, please email before purchasing. All items must be returned in original or comparable packing. We will refund purchase price only after the item is returned, and we are satisfied that it is in the same condition as when it left.

Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed. We will notify you once this has been completed through email. will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.



If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.



Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.


9. PROCESS FOR PARCEL DAMAGED/ LOST IN-TRANSIT is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.
